Payment Terms

Payment methods, currency and the timing of payment for orders placed with Alpenix Swiss Peptides.

1. Currency

All prices and payments are in Swiss francs (CHF), unless stated otherwise in checkout.

2. Available payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are those shown during checkout. Depending on the destination and order value, these may include:

  • Bank transfer — you will receive our bank details (IBAN, reference number) with the order confirmation. Please quote the order number as the payment reference.

Only list payment methods here that are actually enabled in checkout. Any method advertised elsewhere on the site (for example in the FAQ) must match this list.

3. Timing and due date

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, and in any case before dispatch, unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing.

4. Bank transfer details

When paying by bank transfer, please use the details in the order confirmation. Payments are allocated to your order using the order number. Transfers may take several business days to arrive; dispatch takes place once the payment is credited to our account.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

6. VAT

Prices include Swiss value added tax at the statutory rate unless stated otherwise. For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may apply and are borne by the recipient (see our Shipping and Delivery Policy).

7. Failed or late payment

If a payment is not received within the stated period, we may cancel the order and, where applicable, reclaim any costs incurred. Reminder or processing fees are charged only where permitted by law.

8. Invoices and receipts

An order confirmation is sent by e-mail. If you require a VAT invoice or a receipt in a particular form, please contact us at info@alpenix.ch.
