Two-stage quality control
Doubly tested. Clearly documented.
Every Alpenix batch passes through two documented control stages. First, quality testing is carried out in the manufacturing laboratory, including a test report. A batch-specific sample is then tested by an independent EU laboratory.
Stage 1
Manufacturing laboratory
First quality testing of the batch with a documented test report.
Stage 2
Independent EU laboratory
Additional batch-specific analysis by an external laboratory.
What is tested?
Three analyses per batch.
HPLC
Identity, quantity & purity
Confirms which peptide was analysed, how much is contained in the vial and which peptide unit was measured.
LAL
Endotoxins
Measures LPS/endotoxins. The result is reported in EU/vial or EU/ml depending on the sample.
EDX
Heavy metals · As Cd Pb Hg
Screening for arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb) and mercury (Hg).
How the test report is created
From sample to verifiable report.
01
Manufacture the batch

02
First laboratory test

Ship the sample
A sealed, batch-specific sample is sent to the independent EU laboratory.
04
Independent analysis
HPLC, LAL and EDX are carried out according to the test plan.
05
Receive the report
The independent digital test report is provided.
06
Linked to the batch
Batch number, test report and direct laboratory link are connected.
